We know from experience - owing to the numerous clients we have assisted- that wire tensioners with feedback tension control systems are not reliable enough and cannot supply the necessary consistency in terms of tension. As such system is quite complex (load cell, attached circuit boards, proportional valves), we have designed and developed a new electromagnetic wire tensioner whose brake is extremely hard to wear thus requiring no feedback tension control systems. This simpler system has lower costs (for maintenance too).
In particular, these new wire tensioners can be assembled onto machines processing wires with different diameters and are suitable for any kind of winder.
